Nine ready-to-move-in homes will be prepped and marketed by the end of this project.
Our biggest development to date begins with creating documentation and applying for land use consent, and designing for building consent. Tree felling, demolishing existing buildings, clearing the site, and installing services and infrastructure in preparation for sectioning and building. Each section will be built on, each house will be fitted out beautifully, and ready for move-in.
Sections will be fenced and landscaped to ensure there is minimal move-in work, and polished off for the new owners to move into swiftly and smoothly. This is a larger project with a detailed, staged plan, and depending on building and
remarketing timeframes, the project timeline may shorten.
