One of our early projects, this was a small development with a reasonably quick turnaround.

This development required preparing both sections for resale. We aimed to create two very separate living spaces by re-designing the original house and landscape along with creating an additional build-ready rear section. Thorough alterations included developing a parking area for the existing house, hard surfacing and installing drainage for a shared driveway, lowering an existing lateral sewer pipe, installing services, constructing retaining walls, landscaping, and preparing the existing house. All alterations met council conditions.
